At Evian Fresh our family's legacy of cutting-edge agricultural practices bring you the finest table grapes and fresh pistachios. Nestled in the fertile landscapes of Robinvale, Victoria, our company has been at the forefront of regenerative farming and innovative production for over two decades.

Founded on the principles of quality, integrity, and environmental stewardship, we started with a vision to produce world-class table grapes that would delight taste buds across the globe. Our grape varieties, including Flame Seedless, Thompson Seedless, Red Globe, White Seedless, and Black Seedless, and are cultivated under our Sweetkiss brand, renowned for its exceptional sweetness and quality.

In the early 2000s, our passion for agriculture led us to venture into fresh pistachio production. Aligning with the Pistachio Producers of Australia (APPC), we initially focused on supplying high-quality nuts for domestic markets. However, recognising a niche for fresh consumption, we pioneered innovative growing and processing practices aimed at producing fresh, disease-free pistachios with a longer shelf life. Today, our fresh pistachios are celebrated for their unique flavour and quality, particularly favoured by communities in the Middle East and Asia.

Our commitment to innovation is evident in our processing techniques. We have developed a state-of-the-art processing line that allows for mechanical sorting and packaging of fresh pistachios, a world-first initiative that places consumer health and environmental sustainability at the forefront.

It’s how we farm that matters.

We are always working towards rejuvenating our soils and growing healthy plants and produce. Some of the methods we utilise on farm are cover crops which we sow over winter utilising minimum tillage and seeds/knowledge supplied by Down Under Covers with input from Grant Simms.

We irrigate through drip lines with a FHM humid acid and apply organic inputs such as Lactobacillus + a mineral specific probiotic formulation as required via boom spray. We don’t apply pesticides to our trees. Our methods and knowledge are always evolving as we continue to learn from the land and try new things.
